Delivery & Shipping

All orders are sent by national or international post.

Normally orders are processed on the day we receive your order and we aim to send out all orders within 3 days – depending on the time of day of the order and post availability for instance: weekends and bank holidays. If for any reason there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you by e mail.

Please note: Any costs relating to your shipment such as for example, Customs Import Duties, Local Tariffs or Taxes, or any other fees whatsoever that are incurred relating to your shipment are the sole responsibility of you the customer.

TomorrowX Commercial Proprietary Limited (TomorrowX) is based in Australia but also ships internationally. If your country is not listed and you would like to purchase something please contact us

Lost Orders

TomorrowX cannot be held responsible for lost orders once signed for. We are happy to help in any way we can, but if an order is confirmed as signed and delivered by the carriers then it is the responsibility of the customer to take the matter up with the carrier concerned.

Incorrect Shipping Information

TomorrowX are not responsible for addresses incorrectly entered by the customer. Please double check your shipping address! In the event that a parcel is incorrectly addressed please let us know by emailing us at store@tomorrowx.com and we will let you know if the goods are sent back to us.

Returns & Refunds 

Returning Items

Please Note: If you choose to return an item you, the customer, will be responsible for your return shipping costs. We recommend that you send the goods back using the signed for delivery method that we use as we cannot be held responsible if the goods you ship back are lost in the post.

All products must be completely unworn/unused and be returned to us in the original packaging that we sent it out in, with all tags intact. All returned items are fully inspected-in our warehouse and any item that has signs of wear such as smoke or fragrance smell, or evidence of washing fabric softener scent etc. will not be accepted, with the exception of damaged products.

Once the returned items have been successfully inspected an e mail will be sent to you advising you that your refund is being processed. We will do this as quickly as possible and the refund will go to the payment method used upon purchasing. Please note: if this is a credit card it may take time for the credit to appear on your card depending on your cards billing cycle.

Damaged & Defective Products

We do our utmost to ensure your items are sent safely and arrive undamaged, but in the event of damage please save all packaging and the damaged goods and please contact us straight away at store@tomorrowx.com with supporting photos in order to file a claim. We will immediately assess the situation and we will take full responsibility for items damaged due to bad or faulty packaging or workmanship. 

If you receive a defective item you may return it within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to put this right by replacing the item or we will provide you with a full refund including shipping costs. If a replacement is required the defective item will be replaced once the defect has been verified.

Once your return package is received at our warehouse and the item has been fully inspected an email advising that your replacement or refund is in progress will be sent to you. As before if it is a refund we will expedite as quickly as possible, please bear in mind a credit to a credit card may take a bit longer to appear depending in your cards billing cycle.
